This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a) Information you provide to us

When you submit an enquiry, request a sample, request technical documentation, or otherwise contact us through this website (including via our Contact page form, email, or phone), we may collect information such as your name, company or organisation, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, site location, product and application details, soil or water source information you choose to share, whether you have chosen to receive marketing communications from us, and any other information you include in your message.

b) Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may automatically log certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This website does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies; if we introduce such tools in the future (for example, Google Analytics), this policy will be updated accordingly before they are enabled.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries, sample requests and requests for technical documentation (TDS, SDS, COA/MTC, etc.);
  • Assess your application, site conditions and product requirements so we can recommend the appropriate product grade;
  • Provide quotations, arrange samples, and coordinate order fulfilment and dispatch logistics;
  • Arrange site visits or technical support where requested;
  • Communicate with you about your enquiry or ongoing business relationship with us;
  • Where you have ticked the optional marketing box on our Contact page form, send you occasional product updates, technical notes and offers by email, phone or WhatsApp;

We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings; disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information collected through enquiries and orders for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, and comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We also keep a record of whether you opted in to marketing communications, together with your enquiry, so that we can honour your choice.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information held by us, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
